Making of vermouth-
At first, Vermouth was invented in the late 18th century in French by Joseph Noilly. Before, Vermouth was created to “improving” bad or off wine. When the wine was starting to oxidize, turning the wine into “vermouth” was a way of extending the wines life. Basically, they took a barrel of "off wine" then fortify it with distilled spirits and add some herbs and spices to reduce that off flavor.
Nowadays each and every vermouth has a different flavor. But in the modern vermouth making process, they don"t take Off wine. But During making Process of vermouth they don"t take Good Grapes, as good they use for wine.
